Hyogo Plant operates a paper packaging plant, manufacturing paper packaging for pharmaceuticals, and a gravure printing plant, manufacturing film products primarily for cosmetics. The paper packaging plant, maintaining rigorous quality control, makes full use of state-of-the-art equipment and facilities to engage in daily manufacturing of packaging for pharmaceuticals used in medical facilities and package inserts providing instructions for the handling and use of pharmaceutical products. The gravure printing plant, equipped with one of the world’s most advanced printing presses, carries out manufacturing using advanced, high value-added plastic film printing and processing technology and quality control methods. Besides measures against insect, dust, and hair contamination and efforts to ensure disaster preparedness and safety, Hyogo Plant actively addresses environmental issues, taking steps to reduce waste emissions and make proactive use of environmentally friendly products.

The Kansai Distribution Center, located adjacent to the Hyogo Plant, is a distribution site that collects the products manufactured at plants throughout Japan and ships them efficiently and safely to their destinations. The center also functions as a site to store and manage raw materials and completed products. With a horizontal storage area and an automated rack storage area, the center has specifications for storage and management to suit a range of needs.
